High Protein Chocolate & Red Berry Baked Oats
What you’ll need (serves 2)
100g ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV Oatrageously Original OatsÌý
1 x Scoop Roots N Shoots
1 x BananaÌý
1 x Egg
1tsp Baking powderÌý
A splash of plant milkÌý
Mixed fresh berries
Cacao nibsÌý
Method
  • Start by pre-heating your oven to 180 and greasing a double-sized oven-proof dish with a thin layer of a plant-based butter.Ìý
  • Into a blender, begin by adding in all of the ingredients apart from the mixed berries and the cacao nibs.Ìý
  • Once well combined, gently stir in the cacao nibs and the fresh berries and ensure they are evenly distributed throughout.Ìý
  • Now that all of the ingredients have been well combined, pour the mixture into your oven-proof dish, pop it into the oven and leave to bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.Ìý
  • Remove from the oven, and dress with some more fresh berries or even some plant-based yogurt, before enjoying your breakfast in bed!
